Emily Stephen is a commercial real estate advisor with Realistar Commercial, working with businesses and investors across Central Ohio on retail, office, industrial, and land transactions. She focuses on strategy, deal structure, and execution, identifying opportunities, negotiating strong terms, and moving transactions forward. Emily works with investors and owner users across leasing, acquisitions, sales, and development, specializing in creating deals that solve challenges. She also assists business owners with residential real estate needs as their goals evolve, creating a seamless connection between business and personal real estate decisions. Emily serves on the Commercial Education Committee for Columbus Realtors, is a Director for Ohio Realtors, is Membership Chair for CCIIR, and is a member of OCREE.
